PBF Spring '26 Girls Flag Football is running 8u, 10u, 12u and 14u bring-a-team divisions.

We categorize the bring-a-team division as the competitive division. The competitive division is an open division. Skill levels will vary.

League play runs Mar-15 through May-3. Games played on Sundays late morning to mid-afternoon.

NFL Flag tournament rules. Two tournament style games per week (10 games total).

Max 10 player roster and 2 coaches.

Age cut 8/1/25.

All players will register on the Pasco County website (when posted). Players will enter the head coach's name in the coach request field. 

Please submit this interest form to ensure your players are sorted to your team. This form submission is not binding. We can do adds and deletes as the season nears.

In the case of more than one coach submitting the same player we will contact the parent to confirm which team they want their child to play with.

- Players are required to wear a mouth guard during practice and games.

- Players will need cleats; soccer cleats are a popular option.

- Soft head gear is optional (full or headband style).

- Red Footballs: Girls 6u

- Blue or Black Footballs: Girls 8u, Girls 10u

- Brown or White Footballs: Girls 12u & older
